Shipping policy

We ship all our beautiful bikinis from Switzerland. 

Therefore we can offer:

• Free Shipping for Switzerland and Liechtenstein within 1-3 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on the country your order shall be shipped to. 

Your Order

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email.

In the event that you missed to collect your package from your post office (upon awaiting collection) or an incorrect address was entered when making your purchase, this will result in the courier returning your package to our warehouse.

For your package to be re-dispatched to you there, you will incur a re-dispatch fee. Re-dispatch fees may vary depending on your location.

Custom Charges:

Please note, shipping costs do NOT include any custom charges that may occur for international orders, these costs are up to the customers. CUP STUDIO ZURICH does not cover any exchange shipping costs, furthermore shipping costs are non-refundable in case of returns.

The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur.

These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please familiarise yourself with your country's custom charges and levies prior to placing your order.
