Refund policy

 

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return any item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns that exceed this period will not be accepted.

Please send an email to returns@cupstudio-zurich.com to inform us that you would like to return a product with the following information:

• Order number
• Ordered on.../ received on...
• Name of the customer
• Address of the customer
• Date

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, hygiene stickers and in its original packaging. 

We’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Send the product you are returning back within 14 days of sending your notification.

Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs. 

As a young company we are unfortunately unable to bear the costs for the return shipment and we ask for your understanding.

After receipt and inspection of the returned products, we will refund the amount paid by you to the payment method specified in the order. Surcharges for express shipments are not refundable.

The processing can take up to 14 days.

Please note, any return item received by us outside of the 14 day return policy or in a damaged, worn or unsuitable condition will not be accepted.

If you would like to exchange one or more items, please place a new order on our website.
